Welcome to SafeGodown. By booking our packers, movers, or storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Booking and Quotations

• All quotes provided online or via phone are estimated based on the inventory details provided by the customer.
• The final quotation will be confirmed only after a physical or video survey by our executives.
• Prices are subject to change if the actual volume of goods, pickup floor, or distance differs from the initial details provided.

2. “Free Storage” & Promotional Offers

• The “1-Month Free Storage” offer is applicable only when a complete end-to-end relocation package (packing, loading, transport) is booked through SafeGodown.
• The “Free Transport & Premium Packaging” offer is applicable strictly on upfront bookings of storage space for the specified duration (3 months or 6+ months). Premature withdrawal of goods may result in the forfeiture of this offer, and standard packing/transport rates will apply.

3. Prohibited Items in Storage & Transit

For safety and legal compliance, SafeGodown strictly prohibits the packing, transportation, and storage of the following items:

• Flammable liquids, gases, explosives, and hazardous chemicals.
• Perishable food items, live plants, or animals.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or contrabands.
• High-value jewelry, cash, and sensitive financial documents (Customers must carry these personally).

4. Insurance and Claims

• We highly recommend purchasing Transit & Storage Insurance for comprehensive coverage.
• In the rare event of damage, claims must be raised via email at claim@safegodown.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• SafeGodown is not liable for internal damage to electronic items if there is no visible external damage to the packaging.

5. Payment Terms

A token advance is required to confirm the booking slot. The remaining balance for relocation must be paid prior to unloading at the destination. For storage, rent must be paid in advance as per the selected billing cycle.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of SafeGodown services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
